於拆線前，務必維持傷口乾燥。Ensure that the wound remains dry before removing the stitches.
一般而言，術後24-48 小時可以拆線，放太久的話怕傷口感染。Stitches can generally be removed 24-48 hours after the procedure. Leaving them in for too long may increase the risk of infection.
拆線完當天，傷口若有碰水，請用優碘藥水塗抹一下然後用OK蹦貼起來，隔天就一切正常了。On the day the stitches are removed, if the wound gets wet, apply iodine solution, then cover it with an OK bandage. Normal activities can usually be resumed the next day.
如何拆線呢？Steps for stitch removal:
a. 先將 opsite 與小紗布移除。Remove the opsite and small gauze.
b 逆時針轉動小棍子至縫線變鬆(若傷口開始渗血， 則將棍子再順時鐘轉緊，以不流 血血為原則，消毒後再用敷料覆蓋等待下一次洗腎日再拆線）。Turn the miniature tourniquet counterclockwise to loosen the stitches. If the wound starts to bleed, turn the tourniquet clockwise to tighten it again, aiming to prevent bleeding. After disinfection, cover with a dressing and wait until the next dialysis session to proceed with further stitch removal.
c. 使用刀片或剪刀將線切斷。Use a blade or scissors to cut the stitches.
d 沿著線頭將剪斷的線拉出。Pull out the cut stitches along the end of the thread.
e.如果傷口有一點點渗血，請用紗布加壓一會兒止血。If there is minor bleeding from the wound, apply pressure with gauze to stop it.
5.傷口用優碘消毒後紗布覆蓋。After disinfecting the wound with iodine, cover it with gauze.
